HOHEIT is a product of EA Digital Solutions e.U. We build websites and digital systems for businesses, and with HOHEIT we bring this technology specifically to hotels and holiday rentals.
The name is the programme: whoever sells their house themselves keeps sovereignty over guests, prices and their own presence.
Data sovereignty
If your guest data sits only on platforms, you do not know your guests. Direct bookings land in your system.
Price sovereignty
Since the Digital Markets Act, Booking.com may no longer forbid you to offer better terms on your own website. Use that.
House rules
You decide how your house appears online, what benefits direct bookers get and what an AI says in your name.
“HOHEIT” is German for sovereignty. The German words behind the three ideas are Datenhoheit, Preishoheit and Hausrecht.
Who is behind it
One contact, one system.
Behind HOHEIT stands Adam Khalil with EA Digital Solutions e.U. in Graz, Austria. We already operate the technical basis that HOHEIT websites run on for customers in other industries: a shared system of Next.js, Payload CMS and our own agent system for content and reporting.
For design and brand identities we work with Kalena Designs.
HOHEIT is new. That is why we show no invented customer quotes and no figures we cannot prove. We publish references from the hospitality industry as soon as customers agree.
