With a channel manager integration the website reads availability, rates and minimum stays in real time from the system you already work with, and writes every direct booking back to it. All channels, including Booking.com and Airbnb, are updated at once. HOHEIT connects systems with open APIs such as Smoobu, Lodgify, Beds24, Hostaway, Apaleo and Mews. The integration is included in both packages.
One calendar for every channel
Channel managers keep availability identical across platforms. The own website is often missing from that chain. We attach it as a full channel: what is booked there is gone everywhere, and vice versa.
