All prices exclude VAT. Payment fees, fees charged by channel managers and WhatsApp messages are paid directly to the respective provider.
Modules
Every module requires the operations contract (from 149 euros a month) and can be added and cancelled individually. The set-up is a fixed price “from” that becomes exact after the first call. Prices as of October 2026.

No small print
With booking software and website builders, part of the cost hides in percentages. These items do not exist with us. What that adds up to over a year, and when a builder is still the better choice, is worked out in the German article on builders, software websites and your own site (in German).
No booking fee
No percentage on your direct bookings. The amount the guest pays reaches you, minus the payment fees of your provider.
No licence per room
The monthly fee depends on the scope of support, not on the number of your units or bookings.
No minimum term
Ongoing operation can be cancelled monthly. The project itself ends with acceptance; it is not the start of a commitment.
No commission from software vendors
We recommend channel managers and PMS by fit. We sell no licences and receive no money for recommendations.
No surcharge for your content
Texts, images, domain and guest data belong to you. If you switch, you get everything, without a buy-out fee.
No set-up fee on top
The fixed price in the quote includes concept, build, integration, migration and training. Anything that comes later is in the price list beforehand.
For hosts from 4,900 euros one-off and from 149 euros a month, for hotels from 18,000 euros one-off and from 900 euros a month. You receive the exact fixed price after the first call.
Host websites four to six weeks, hotel websites eight to fourteen weeks from sign-off of the concept. The AI concierge takes three to five weeks, mostly for the knowledge base.
You do. Domain, content and guest data remain your property. The content management system is open source, and there is no licence fee per room.
Yes. You maintain rooms, prices, offers and texts in the content management system. We train your team at launch.
