Three houses, one technology.
Three invented houses, one technology. Click through, book, buy a voucher, ask the concierge. None of it is real, all of it works the way it would on your website.

What runs in every house
Every house has the same toolbox, with its own face, its own colours and its own business model.
Direct booking with upselling
Choose a room, offer extras at the right moment: at booking, before arrival, on site.
Voucher sales
Value vouchers and experience vouchers, delivered instantly as PDF or as a card by post.
AI concierge
The real HOHEIT widget answers guest questions from the knowledge of each house and names its source.
AI editorial
A magazine with articles on arrival, region and stay, prepared by the AI editorial team.
AI newsletter
Issues per guest segment, such as regulars or voucher buyers, proposed for approval.
Cockpit
The host view: bookings, extra revenue, open drafts and guest questions in one place.
The AI agents behind it
The demos run on the same agents that operate a HOHEIT website. They prepare, people decide.
AI editorial
Writes drafts from sources and files them as drafts. Figures and quotes come only from what the house has stored.
Reviewer
Goes through the checklist point by point: meta data, answer first, FAQ, sources, linking. Anything that fails goes back.
Scheduler
Publishes only after approval and only at the planned time, spread out rather than all at once.
Concierge
Answers guest questions from the knowledge of the house. Guests can tell they are talking to an AI.
Newsletter
Proposes issues per segment. Nothing is sent until you agree.
Everything is draft-first: the agents create drafts, people approve.
All figures are invented
Houses, prices, occupancy, booking rates and guest names in the demos are made up and marked as a demo on every page. Forms send nothing. The one exception is the concierge widget, which talks to demo houses set up for this purpose. The demos are blocked for search engines.
