It reaches its limits when you want your own design, present several houses or regions, want to be found in search engines with your own content or want to add an AI concierge. Then an own website pays off, one that keeps using Smoobu in the background.

Four to six weeks from approval of the concept, depending on the number of apartments and languages.
Do my Airbnb and Booking.com connections remain?
Yes. Smoobu stays your channel manager; the website is added as an additional channel.
