Within a week, a person from our team sends an ordinary room enquiry through your website or email address.

Time to the first reply, whether it contains price, availability and a way to book, and whether anyone follows up.

You get the result
As a short email with the wording of enquiry and reply, and two sentences on what we would do differently.
What a fast reply turns into is described by the enquiry agent. The test does not require it.

What exactly happens in the test?
A person from our team sends your house an ordinary room enquiry, as a guest would, through the contact form or the email address on your website. We note when the first reply arrives and whether it contains a price and a way to book.
Does my team find out?
Only with the result. The enquiry is a normal enquiry; nobody has to behave differently than usual. You receive the evaluation by email, with the wording of the enquiry and the reply.
What does the test cost?
Nothing. It shows us and you whether an enquiry agent would make any difference for your house. A conversation afterwards is not a condition.
What data do you need?
The name of the house, the address of the website and an email address to send the result to. Nothing more.
