Digital guest hub

Wi-Fi, breakfast, check-out, directions, surroundings and house rules on the guest’s own phone, in their language, with the AI concierge as a chat behind it. No device in the room, no folder that goes out of date.

In short

A digital guest hub is the house folder as a web page: the guest scans a QR code in the room and sees Wi-Fi, breakfast times, check-out, directions, tips for the area and the house rules in their language. HOHEIT builds it from the knowledge base of the AI concierge, which answers questions in the same window. Setup from 1,900 euros, 39 euros per month.

For hotels

The front desk stops printing folders and answers fewer questions about sauna hours and parking. A change such as a new breakfast room shows up in every room at the same time.

For hosts with holiday rentals

The apartment explains itself: heating, recycling, the baker, the lifts. Guests ask less, and what they do ask, the concierge answers from the same hub.

Why not a tablet in the room

Tablets in rooms have been around for ten years. They need power, updates, Wi-Fi maintenance and someone to tidy them away after the guest. Guests are reluctant to touch a stranger’s device and already have their own in their hand. That is why the HOHEIT guest hub does not sit on a device but behind a QR code: on the room door, on the bedside table, in the confirmation email. It opens in the browser, no app.

What the hub shows

  • The essentials first

Wi-Fi with a copy button, check-out time, breakfast times, the house phone number.

  • House and room

heating, ventilation, safe, sauna, washing machine, recycling, depending on the house.

  • Arrival and departure

directions, parking, luggage, key or code, late arrival.

  • Surroundings today

weather, which lifts are open, events, restaurants with opening hours, maintained from a list you decide.

  • House rules and legal

quiet hours, smoking, pets, cancellation terms as a link.

  • Chat

in the same window the AI concierge answers everything that is not on the hub, and hands over to your team when it is unsure.

  • Languages

German, English, Italian, Dutch, Czech and more for your source markets, translated from one source.

How such a hub looks is shown by the demo of an invented house.

Onboarding: you talk, we write

The reason many guest folders stay empty is the filling in. Nobody has time for eighty fields. At HOHEIT it works differently: you talk for half an hour with us or with the assistant about your house, the way you would explain it to a new colleague. That produces the first draft of the hub and the knowledge base. You read it, cross things out, add. Whatever you change later, you change yourself in the editing system.

The hotel case: 30 rooms, two languages

The holiday rental case: four apartments, one folder

The folder in the apartment is usually three years old. The baker has closed, the lift runs differently, and the Wi-Fi note is missing. The digital hub lives from one place: what you change there, every guest sees immediately. The chat takes the evening calls off you, see also guest communication via WhatsApp.

What you need

A list of your rooms or apartments, the house information you give out verbally today, and photos if you have them. We supply the QR code as a print template.

When it is not worth it

  • With one or two units, if you greet every guest in person anyway and a printed sheet is enough.
  • If nobody can update it once a month; an outdated hub is worse than none.

Prices

  • Setup

from 1,900 euros, including onboarding conversation, first draft, translations and QR templates.

  • Operation

39 euros per month on top of the operations contract. Included in the house package with the AI concierge.

  • Add-ons

Arrival radar for 29 euros per month, Guest board as a visible object in the house.

Process

  1. Onboarding conversation, 30 to 45 minutes.

  2. Draft of the hub and knowledge base, you read it through.

  3. Translations, QR codes, integration of the chat.

  4. Test week with your team, then launch.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need an app?

No. The hub opens in the phone’s browser after scanning the QR code. The link is also in the booking confirmation.

Can we change the content ourselves?

Yes, in the editing system of your website. Changes are visible immediately in all rooms and languages.

What about guests who do not scan the QR code?

The link comes with the message before arrival, by email or WhatsApp. Anyone who uses neither gets information at the front desk or from you, as before.

What data does the hub collect?

No personal data without reason. A page view is not linked to the guest. Only someone who writes in the chat leaves a conversation history, which is deleted after the retention period you set.

Can we use the hub without the AI concierge?

Yes. The chat is then missing; the hub itself works unchanged. The concierge can be added later.
